Terms of Use

Effective date: October 8, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of localgeo.com (the “Site”) and the localGEO platform at app.localgeo.com (the “Platform”), both provided by LocalGEO Corporation (“localGEO”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you use them for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that organization.

If your organization has signed an order form, master services agreement or other written agreement with localGEO (a “Customer Agreement”), the Customer Agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

1. The services

localGEO measures how AI engines and search surfaces describe a business, captures the calls, leads, bookings and payments that follow, and attributes them with evidence grades and confidence scores. Features, connectors and limits depend on your plan and your Customer Agreement.

2. Accounts and security

  • The Platform is for business use. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information.
  • Keep your credentials secure, use the sign-in and multi-factor methods your organization requires, and tell us promptly at info@localgeo.com about any unauthorized access.
  • Your organization’s administrators control who has access, and they are responsible for the people they invite.

3. Your data and connected systems

  • You keep all rights to the data you or your connected systems provide (“Customer Data”). You grant localGEO a limited right to process it to provide, secure and support the services, as described in our Privacy Policy and your Customer Agreement.
  • When you connect a third-party system, such as a phone system, CRM, calendar, payment processor or identity provider, you authorize localGEO to access it on your behalf within the permissions you grant. You are responsible for having the right to share that data with us, and your use of those systems remains subject to their own terms.
  • Do not send us protected health information unless your Customer Agreement includes a signed business associate agreement and a regulated deployment.
  • We may use aggregated, de-identified data that does not identify you, your customers or any individual to operate and improve the services and to produce benchmarks.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or use the services to send spam or deceptive content;
  • access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to use, or try to bypass security or usage limits;
  • reverse engineer, scrape or copy the services, or use them to build a competing product;
  • introduce malware or interfere with the services or other customers; or
  • publish facts about a business through the services that you know to be false or misleading.

5. AI results and attribution

AI engines change their answers often, and we do not control them. Visibility measurements, evidence grades, confidence scores, estimates and recommendations reflect the evidence available when they were produced. They are not guarantees of rankings, traffic, calls or revenue, and they are not legal, financial or compliance advice. Prompts are inferred unless the evidence proves them. Review important decisions with your own advisers.

When you approve a fix that localGEO writes to a connected system, such as your website or a business listing, you are responsible for the accuracy of the approved content. Each change is logged and can be rolled back.

6. Early access features

Some features or connectors may be labeled early access, preview or beta. They are provided as is, may change or be withdrawn, and may not be covered by service levels in your Customer Agreement.

7. Fees

Fees, billing terms and renewal terms are set out in your order form or Customer Agreement. Fees do not include taxes, which you are responsible for.

8. Our intellectual property

localGEO and its licensors own the Site, the Platform, our software, our documentation and our brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services during your subscription under these Terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

9. Third-party services

The services work with products we do not control, including AI engines, search engines, phone systems, CRMs and payment processors. We are not responsible for those products, for changes to their interfaces or terms, or for their availability. Product names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify compatibility.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to protect the services, other customers or the law, or for a material breach of these Terms. We will give notice when we reasonably can. Either party may end the relationship as the Customer Agreement allows. Sections 3, 5, 8 and 11 to 14 survive termination.

11. Disclaimers

Except as stated in a Customer Agreement, the services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, localGEO disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, localGEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. localGEO’s total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid localGEO for the services in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify localGEO against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your connected systems, content you approve for publication, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your Customer Agreement says otherwise.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and if the changes are material we will give notice on the Site or by email. Continuing to use the services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Questions: info@localgeo.com.
